A great Student Advisory Panel at Legacy Traditional School - East Mesa!

Students recently joined Superintendent Vega for a thoughtful conversation about school life and ways we can continue improving the student experience across Legacy Traditional Schools in Arizona. They were engaged, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable perspectives.

Thank you to the East Mesa students who participated! We look forward to hearing from another student team next quarter.

🇺🇸 🎥Recap: 2026 Patriot Day

❤️THANK YOU to all of the first responders who joined us and made our Mustang Patriot Day extra special.

🤍Our students had the opportunity to meet and thank first responders from Arizona Department of Public Safety, US Border Patrol, JROTC, Golder Ranch Fire District, Tucson Police Department, Pima County Sheriff's Department, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and AMR. These agencies brought an amazing lineup of emergency vehicles, ATVs, horses, K-9 Unit, and even a helicopter!

💙We were also honored to recognize the Long family and celebrate the legacy of Mr. Dustin Long, a beloved Legacy parent and longtime helicopter pilot for our Patriot Day events.

👮‍♀️To everyone who serves and protects our community, we are grateful for you! 🧑‍🚒

👂Hear about important updates coming your way.

👀Keep your eyes peeled for the first progress reports of the school year! It might feel fast, but it’s important to check in on your child throughout the quarter. Don’t worry though – this is just a progress report! Report cards won’t be coming for a few more weeks and this is just a glimpse of where they currently are.

🧑‍🎓September is National Student Attendance Awareness Month! We want everyone to know how important it is for your child to be in class every day so they can get the most out of their education. Watch the video to learn more!
