A Rule That Would Rewrite the Terms of U.S. Science The Office of Management and Budget has proposed sweeping revisions to the regulations that govern all federal grants, cooperative agreements, and other forms of federal financial assistance.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of David Gillian (MS, Water Resources Administration, 1992), who died peacefully on January 26, 2026 after a years-long journey with early onset Alzheimer's disease. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
