Unfortunately for the 2026 Legislation session, Tier 2 & 3 pension reform is dead. While we are disappointed, we are determined to continue fighting to get our members the benefits they deserve. We already are regrouping with our Public Safety partners at PFFA, Fop, and Azcops as to how to move forward next year.
