Our team at Arizona Child Care Resource & Referral had an incredible day at Early Childhood Day at the Capitol in Phoenix!

We joined advocates, providers, and community leaders to meet with legislators and talk about why child care and early learning matter. Quality child care supports working families, strengthens our workforce, and sets children up for lifelong success.

Investing in early childhood means investing in Arizona’s future, and we’re proud to be part of that conversation. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Maddy believes the earliest years of a child’s life shape how they feel, grow, and experience the world. In her role, she’s committed to advocating for children’s safety and well-being while walking alongside families and empowering them to make loving, informed choices for their babies.

Fun fact: Maddy’s family has been in Arizona since the 1800s. She’s a seventh-generation Arizonan! 🌵
