Pima Play is your one-stop shop for all the fun recreational opportunities Pima County has to offer. If it doesn't have a motor, it's good to go on The Loop.

Available for use from dawn to dusk, Pima County residents and visitors on foot, bikes, skates, and horses can enjoy about 136 miles of The Loop shared-use paths that have already been completed. The Loop connects the Rillito River Park, Santa Cruz River Park, and Pantano River Park with the Julian Wash and the Harrison Greenway. Work is ongoing to add more miles of paths.

Protecting the largest watershed in Pima County. πŸŒ΅πŸ¦‰

West of the Tucson Mountains, 198,000 acres of the Brawley Wash watershed face severe erosion and sediment buildup. A proposed project aims to fix this by restoring natural water flows, removing excess sediment, and bringing back crucial habitats for native plants and wildlife. 🐭

If you want to see the plan and share your feedback on our local outdoor spaces, join the Virtual Public Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
