David Glen Shuck, 63, is charged with three counts of Threatening to Assault and Murder a Member of Congress with Intent to Impede, Intimidate, Interfere, and Retaliate; three counts of Interstate Communication with a Threat to Injure; and two counts of Threatening to Assault and Murder an Immediate Family of a Member of Congress with Intent to Impede, Intimidate, Interfere, and Retaliate.

The U.S. Capitol Police and the FBI - Oklahoma City are investigating the case.

Deangelo LaShawn Favors, 48, of Tulsa, was ordered to serve 360 months imprisonment, followed by five years of supervised release.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the Bureau of Indian Affairs – Division of Drug Enforcement, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation - Authorized Page, the ATF Tulsa Field Office, the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, the Rogers County Sheriff's Office, and the Drug Enforcement Administration - DEA Tulsa Resident Office investigated the case.

The last of seven illegal aliens from Guatemala was sentenced for working together and being paid to smuggle illegal aliens into the United States from Guatemala, Mexico, and other countries in Central or South America, including Asia.

𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥

Razwan Asghar, 41, was ordered to serve 121 months of imprisonment, followed by ten years of supervised release. Upon his release, Asghar will also be required to register as a s*x offender and was further ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution.
