The Government Shutdown is affecting a number of vital services, including the Marine Corps Reserve's Toys for Tots program at the Broken Arrow Armed Forces Reserve Center.
The Marine Corps League's Albert E. Schwab Detachment 857 answer is "Improvise, Adapt, Overcome!".
Our Detachment is delivering donation boxes and registering donation sites until the Marine Corps Reservists are allowed back at their duty stations to carry on their good works.

Oldest living Marine in Oklahoma receives commendation from Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps Joe Ihle was awarded a commendation in Bristow by the Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps. Ihle just turned 103 years old and served at the Battle of Iwo Jima during World War II.
