Researchers are looking for people in the ADvantage Waiver Program to help test short surveys about your services.

First, you will do a quick screening call (not paid) by Zoom or phone. Then you will do two or more short surveys (about 10 minutes each) online, on Zoom, or by phone. You get a $30 gift card for each survey. After 2 to 9 months, you will be asked to do the same surveys again for $40 each. You can do up to 6 surveys and earn up to $200.
