It’s , and we’re celebrating one of our Resonance graduates, China, who recently graduated from Tulsa Community College with an Associate of Science in Human Services; Pre Social Work.

Many of our clients pursue vocational certificates and and higher education degrees, building the skills and confidence they need for continued success beyond Resonance. We’re so proud of their dedication and deeply grateful for the community partners who support and encourage them every step of the way.

This month we’ve been focused on mental health. Before ends, we challenge you to do one activity to support your mental well-being. Some ideas below!

• Take a walk in nature
• Write down your thoughts or journal your day
• Say “no” to something draining
• Schedule a therapy appointment
• Call a friend

Caring for yourself matters, and paying attention to your mental well-being is one of the best things you can do for yourself. 💚
