Andrea Smith’s journey into the GLOW Global Cohort began because of a recommendation from 2022 GLOW alum, Denia Smith — a beautiful reminder of what happens when women open doors for one another.

This past weekend, we officially welcomed the 2026 GLOW Global Cohort into their first session: Leveraging Your Network, led by Carlisha Bradley, Founder and Executive Director of Women Empowering Nations. ✨

Participants explored how to build meaningful connections, leverage their networks with intention, and amplify their digital presence through platforms like LinkedIn.
