Friends, some of our trusted ministry partners in Africa urgently need help.
Yesterday, they encountered a pregnant mother and her 2-year-old twin daughters who are severely malnourished and in need of immediate medical care. Because of the seriousness of their condition, we have committed to helping raise funds so these precious children can receive the care they desperately need right away.
Many of you may not know them personally, but you know us. We want to assure you that every dollar given through AGH for this specific need will go directly toward the medical care and support of these children.
If you feel led, please consider giving today.

And above all, please join us in praying—not only for this family, but for God's children around the world who are suffering from hunger and extreme poverty.
Thank you for helping us bring hope in a time of great need.

“A showcase of community” is EXACTLY how we would describe the Muskogee Against Hunger event.
273 tracked volunteers from 28 organizations! ❤️
The united front we want to see for Muskogee.
FYI: One case of food delivers 216 servings—36 bags, with 6 meals in each!
GRM and Salvation Army each received over 2,500 individual servings from this event.
Muskogee Community Food Pantry received 6,912!
Deliveries will continue throughout the year from this one.
60,000 meals is REAL impact! Great job to this community for stepping up in support AND action. 👏

We know some in our community had a very close call with last night’s tornadoes. We are incredibly grateful there was no loss of life.
Today, seeing our community come together to support those affected comes as no surprise. This is who we are.
Moments like these remind us just how vital emergency disaster relief is—especially having non-perishable meals on the shelf. When needs suddenly rise, local food banks must be ready.
We are especially thankful to be in the process of strengthening and stocking food banks across Muskogee, made possible by last week’s incredible community turnout to package meals together.

This is something to truly be proud of.
We had 21 groups committed to volunteer at our last meal pack event in Muskogee—
We were also joined by incredible volunteers from:
• Gospel Rescue Mission
• Union High School
• Keys Baptist Church
• Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority & Ivylettes
• First Baptist Church
And individuals who came from near and far—Wagoner, Tahlequah, Fort Gibson, and Webbers Falls!
We have a feeling we’re still missing a few…
Were you there? Tell us—we want to celebrate YOU too.

In the days since the Muskogee Against Hunger meal packaging event, those meals have been going exactly where they were meant to go—into hands of those who serve the hungry across our community.
This week alone:
9 local programs were stocked with supplemental emergency meals.
✔️ M1A Food Pantry
✔️ First Baptist Pantry
✔️ Boulevard Christian Helps Ministry
✔️ Boulevard Christian Backpack Program
✔️ Salvation Army
✔️ Oldham Memorial Baptist Backpack Program
✔️ Gospel Rescue Mission
✔️ The Brick (supporting Micro Pantries)
✔️ Catholic Charities
The impact so far:
🥣 2,736 bags of meals distributed
🍽️ 16,416 individual servings provided
This is what happens when a community comes together for a mission.
And we’re not close to finished. 📦
More deliveries are happening now. More stories are unfolding.
Every pantry. Every backpack program. Every corner of Muskogee.
This is the power of unity.
This is taking a standing against local hunger. 🙌

Where do we even begin?

Muskogee Against Hunger… you absolutely blew us away.
Muskogee 👀 we see you.
Your heart. Your compassion. Your community. We felt it in every moment today.
From the long lines of people waiting just to volunteer… to those who stayed well beyond their two-hour commitment to make sure the job was finished… you showed up in a way we will never forget.
Youth. Seniors. Families. Friends. New Comers.
This is what community looks like.
We are overwhelmed with gratitude for every single person who made this event possible—because this is bigger than one day.
This is about the reality that too many children in Muskogee are facing:
1 in 5 kids not knowing where their next meal is coming from.
That is unacceptable.
We set out to make a statement…
and YOU put the exclamation point on it.
“1 in 5 Muskogee kids don’t where their next meal is coming from” isn’t just something we discovered—it’s a commitment.
And “It could come from you!” isn’t just a phrase—it’s a call to action.
Today proved something powerful:
When a community comes together, change is possible.
This is just the beginning.
One day. Hundreds of volunteers. 60,000 servings packed in one powerful day of service.
