Indivisible Tulsa County is spreading the word about an event.
Skye Perryman's book, Ordinary People, Extraordinary Times, was released on August 25th and has already made the New York Times Best Sellers List and the USA Today Best-selling Booklist.
Skye wrote this book because people across the nation ask our team at Democracy Forward all the time one common question: what can I do? The book answers the question with doable repeated actions that people can take, meeting people where they are. She also deftly weaves stories from our work at Democracy Forward and on the frontlines of the fight into the book and we are all excited to have these stories told. Proceeds from the book benefit our work at Democracy Forward. The book has earned praise from a remarkable range of voices across the political and cultural spectrum, was recently featured in Rolling Stone.
