Agile Space Industries' groundbreaking in Tulsa is a reminder of how important the aerospace industry is to this state. Oklahoma Aerospace Week runs through Saturday. Aerospace is the second-largest industry in the state, supporting 120,000 jobs and generating an economic impact of $44B.

Germany-based Lufthansa Technik Component Services is expanding its footprint in Tulsa with a new 25,000-square-foot expansion. Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols reflected on his first year in office at the Chamber’s 2025 State of the City. Before more than 1,250 attendees, he outlined progress made and a bold vision for what’s ahead.

Mayor Nichols shared updates on priorities, including homelessness, housing, economic development, public safety, youth opportunity and stronger relationships with Tribal Nations. His message was clear; Tulsa is facing challenges head-on, with compassion, collaboration and investment.
