Healthcare professionals making a healthy impact beyond the clinic! 🙌

Members of ANNA Chapter #256 rolled up their sleeves to sort and pack food at the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma and presented a $1,000 donation through their annual Feed Your Kidneys drive.
We’re grateful for community partners who help turn compassion into action.

News On 6 is teaming up with Pumpkin Town Farms to help support the Food for Kids program of the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma!

Now through Nov. 1, bring a canned food item when you visit Pumpkin Town Farms and you’ll receive $1.00 off admission.

Pumpkin Town Farms is located at 61st & Garnett and open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday – Sunday.

We got EGGS!🥚a HUGE thank you to Organic Pasture Farms in Mannford, Oklahoma for donating 108,000 of your “Equally Yoked Eggs” to us. You can find these eggs at many of our partner Food Pantries in East OK right now!

Hunters, are SO skilled that your freezer is full, but you want another reason for the season?! 😉🦌
Did you know you can donate your deer to the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma?
Sure can!
Now, you can’t just drop them off in our lobby 😂, but you CAN make an impact by donating legally harvested deer at participating local processing facilities.
The Food Bank handles the distribution, ensuring the venison reaches food pantries and meal programs where it’s needed most.

This is more than a donation, it’s a way to feed neighbors, support food security, and be part of something bigger. Every deer donated can provide dozens of meals.
