🦋 **WE'RE GROWING AT WCSNA!** 🦋

Are you looking for a rewarding job that offers flexibility AND the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life? ❤️

How about getting paid to do FUN things while helping individuals with disabilities learn valuable life skills?!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll help individuals work toward goals like independence, personal safety, activities of daily living (ADLs), socialization, community inclusion, and so much more!

And the best part? You're not just teaching skills. You're building relationships, creating memories, and helping people live their best lives! 💕

💰 **Starting pay is $18.54/hour!**

We're currently looking for a **part-time, fill-in DSP** to help cover shifts as needed, with the possibility of eventually having your own regular clients!

We need someone who is flexible and willing to work around our clients' needs and schedules, including an occasional evening or weekend shift.

If you have a heart for helping others, enjoy being active in the community, and want a job where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

🌻 A Fun Day Out with WCSNA! 🌻

Some of our WCSNA friends enjoyed a wonderful outing today to Shores Sisters in Wysox, PA! 💛

They had a great time exploring this popular local spot, checking out all the goodies, and enjoying some time together!

Outings like these are about so much more than just getting out of the house. They're about friendship, socialization, community inclusion, and making memories together! 🥰

We love seeing our friends out and about, enjoying everything our surrounding communities have to offer! 💜🦋

Did you know that Pattie's Waggin' Tails Senior Sanctuary has an incredible Forever Foster Program for adults with disabilities and senior citizens?! 🐾❤️

Through their Forever Foster Program, they intentionally connect two vulnerable populations in a way that honors their needs, removes financial barriers, and creates meaningful, life-affirming bonds between people and animals.

And yesterday, one of OUR VERY OWN WCSNA clients was matched with his new best buddy! 🥹🐶❤️

Programs like this can provide companionship, purpose, responsibility, comfort, and unconditional love—all while giving a deserving animal a loving home.

We are so excited to watch this new friendship grow! 🐾❤️

🦈𝑺𝙝𝒂𝙧𝒌 𝒏𝙞𝒈𝙝𝒕 𝒂𝙩 𝙒𝑪𝙎𝑵𝘼🌊🦈
Tonight was such an amazing evening! At the request of our clients, we held a shark-themed craft and pizza party, complete with bingo games, lots of laughs, and plenty of time together. 18 clients and staff joined us for a fun night of socializing and making memories. 💙
One of the best parts of the evening was our ocean jar craft, led by Jason, one of our incredibly creative clients who also serves on WCSNA’s Board of Directors. Jason helps us plan activities and events and is always bringing new ideas to the table. Tonight, he took charge and led the group step-by-step in creating their own ocean jars—and did an awesome job!
This is exactly what WCSNA is all about: inclusion, friendship, creativity, building confidence, and giving the people we serve opportunities to lead and share their talents. We love seeing our clients’ ideas come to life! 🦈🌊🍕🎨
