Winter Cheer Competition has already started and these girls don't mess around! With so many OG returning cheerleaders with can do attitudes our amazing coaches are working on some crazy new adventures with them. 🤸

The 8u team are already stunting fools, hitting formation and drill downs like professionals! Thank you Coach Joss and Coach Mallory for your dedication and inspiration to lead them!

Coach Kati and Coach Laura have 99% returning cheerleaders and our newbie has been practicing on the playground, so this team hit the ground running. After some critiques from competition last season these coaches want to pull out all the wow factors and these cheerleaders are ready for anything! 👏👏👏

Great start to this program! Be on the look out for competition dates and chanting at varsity and Lil Ballers basketball games this season. Keep up the great work cheerleaders! 📣 Remember you are kind, you are strong and you are so very awesome!

Last night our 5th-7th grade volleyball players were welcomed and cheered on by the JV and Varsity Volleyball players when announced at the Tupper Lake Central School District Pink Out home game. Thank you Coach Bennett for inviting us to be apart of this special game! 🏐

This year we're thinking of celebrating the 50th anniversary of Star Wars as our theme. We can see the costumes now but we need help with this year's slogan.... drop your ideas in the comments and "may the force be with you!" 🍻

Drive in movies have always been a fun way for our community to come snuggle up with family members and meet friends to enjoy watching something nostalgic on the big screen! This year we are playing a family friendly favorite, Adam Sandler's Hotel Transylvania and a cult classic Practical Magic! 📽🎃👻🍿🧙🧛‍♂️

October is a busy month for registrations so please pay attention to dates and set your phone alarms so you do not miss out! ⏰️

📽 Drive in movie NEXT Friday, October 16th. Bundle up with family and friends and enjoy two features at Municipal Park! Starts at 6pm.

🦃 Turkey Trot registration has begun visit: www.tupperlake.com/recreation-department

🏀 Basketball registration for 3rd-6th grade runs from October 19th-25th. Our Littlest Ballers K-2nd grade program will not start until January, registration will begin in December.

🌿 Tupper Teens MEETS today 230-430 at Tupper Lake Public Library and next Wednesday at Community Garden 230-4! Thank you Ms Val and The Wild Center AmeriCorps team for supporting this program.

📚 Harry Potter Book Club meets for their first discussion on Tuesday, October 27th 3-430pm at the Town of Tupper Lake Train Station!

🎃 Trick or Treat on Park will be Friday, October 30th this year. Road will be closed from 3-5pm.

🎿 Ski Club registration begins November 9th-15th. Program starts in early December but rental fittings follow registration and take time.

It's week 4 for our 4th-7th grade volleyball team and it's is going GREAT thanks to the dedication from our players and the amazing volunteer coaches Sierah and Tabitha. 👏🏐

Ms Val and The Wild Center AmeriCorps team have been showing up every Wednesday 230-430pm with crafts, games and fun for our high schoolers but no such luck in attendance. We are going to try 2 more weeks and then cancel the program if there's no need for it. 🚫

Tomorrow meet at The Tupper Lake Public Library community room for fun activities.

Wednesday 10/14/26 please meet us at the Community Garden to tear down our garden and put it to bed for it's winter's rest. ❄️😴🌿
