🚭 Reminder: Warrior Run School District is a To***co & Nicotine-Free Campus. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, and clean environment for our students, staff, and visitors. We would like to remind all community members that the use or possession of to***co and ni****ne delivery products is strictly prohibited everywhere on school grounds.
Under Pennsylvania state law (18 Pa.C.S. § 6306.1), smoking or possessing to***co and ni****ne products—including vapes and e-cigarettes—on school property is a summary offense.
This law applies to:
Everyone: Students, staff, parents, and visitors.
Everywhere: All school buildings, athletic fields, stadiums, parking lots, and buses.
Every Hour: During standard school hours as well as evening athletic games, concerts, and extracurricular events.
Violations may result in school disciplinary action and/or a referral to local law enforcement, which carries local court fines and costs. Thank you for your cooperation and support in keeping our campus healthy, safe, and legally compliant! 💙
