We are pleased to share the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our recent CARF accreditation survey exit consultation on Friday.
The surveyors were deeply impressed by the quality of our programs, the dedication of our staff, and the meaningful impact we have on the individuals and families we serve. All three surveyors shared that they could genuinely see themselves working here—a powerful reflection of the culture and mission you help create every day.
They also recognized the significant impact of the 540 combined years of service represented by our leadership team. That experience, commitment, and institutional knowledge continues to strengthen our organization and guide our work.
One of the most moving comments came from an STRTP youth, who said:
“The staff pour themselves into us.”
That statement captures the heart of what we do. Our staff show up with compassion, consistency, and dedication, and the kiddos we serve feel that commitment.
Our community partners also spoke highly of our organization, sharing that we are their first choice for placement. This trust is a direct result of the professionalism, collaboration, and care demonstrated by every member of our team.
While the surveyors identified a few areas for continued attention, the overall feedback affirmed the strength of our programs and the difference we make. We are grateful for each of you and proud of the work you do every day.
