For 25 seasons, our mission has been about more than providing shelter. It’s been about compassion, connection, dignity, and showing up for our neighbors when they need it most.

This celebration is about YOU — our incredible volunteers, community partners, supporters, and everyone who has helped make our work possible. Your generosity, time, and heart have made a lasting difference in the lives of so many.

As the weather gets colder, our neighbors experiencing homelessness need a little extra warmth. ❤️

We Care Program – Turlock is asking our community to help by donating new or gently used blankets to keep the men we serve warm during the chilly nights ahead.

Every blanket makes a difference, and every donation reminds someone in our community that they are not forgotten. 🧡

🍽️ DINNER VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! ❤️

We Care Program – Turlock is looking for dinner volunteers to help provide a warm meal and a welcoming experience for the men staying at our emergency shelter.

We currently need volunteers for:

📅 October 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 14, 16, 19, 21, 24, 28, 29, 30 & 31

🕖 Dinner is served at 7:00 PM

Whether you are a church, community group, family, business, or a few friends looking to give back, we would love to have you!

Your support provides more than a meal—it lets someone know that their community cares. ❤️

September was filled with incredible generosity, and We Care Program – Turlock would like to extend our heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered to provide dinner for the men staying at our shelter.

Each meal represents more than just food—it represents compassion, community, dignity, and a reminder to the men we serve that people care about them.

💛 Happy 50th Anniversary to Mr. & Mrs. Conteh! 💛

What a beautiful way to celebrate 50 years of marriage! We Care was so blessed to welcome the Conteh family and friends as they served dinner to our guests in honor of this incredible milestone.

Thank you for choosing to celebrate your love and 50 years together by sharing that love with others. Your generosity and kindness made the evening extra special for everyone at We Care. ❤️

A huge thank you to Pizza Plus – Hilmar for donating pizzas for the men staying at We Care on Saturday. Your generosity helped make sure our guests had a hot meal to enjoy!

We also want to recognize the Moules family for helping coordinate everything and making the evening come together. And a special thank you to Anna and Kim Ford for jumping in at the last minute to help serve. Your willingness to step up when you were needed made a difference!

It truly takes all of us working together to make nights like this happen. We are so grateful for each of you! ❤️🍕
