Get • Recently, Student Life leadership instructed the Camellia Center (WGRC) to dissolve the Frances S. Summersell Library and cancel Take Our Children to Work Day. To keep this decision quiet, they forbade WGRC/Camellia Center staff from announcing these changes to the UA community.
Why would The University of Alabama create a culture of fear to keep this secret unless they know it will be unpopular? We’re asking you to hold them accountable.

This scholarship is open to any LGBTQ+ or ally student currently enrolled at The University of Alabama, Stillman College, or Shelton State Community College. The recipient will be announced during the 2025 Druid City Pride Festival Sunday, September 28th.
