DBE Suppportive Services offers workshops on topics such as: Business Management, Project Management, Understanding and writing, Business Plan.

DBE Supportive Services assist small minority and women-owned businesses with acquiring their DBE Certifications and increasing business capacity through training, technical assistance and one-on-one counseling. Financial Literacy, Microsoft Excel, Planning and Estimating, Project Scheduling and Contracts Law. DBE Supportive Services is administered by Stillman College and fully-funded by the Alabama Department of Transportation.
