This semester, the Crimson Tide Battalion’s Ranger Challenge team had to the opportunity to work with the Alabama Women’s basketball team. In September, we hosted the basketball team at one of our physical training sessions and more recently, they hosted us at one of their basketball practices. The teams are both comprised of athletes in their respective fields and they were able to train with each other and gain a better understanding of what the other team does and how they train. Both teams are made up of students looking to advance their physical abilities and leadership skills.
