Today, we pause to honor the brave Emergency Medical Services professionals who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others. On EMS Remembrance Day, we remember those who answered the call without hesitation, dedicating their lives to providing comfort, care, and hope during moments of crisis.
These fallen heroes were more than first responders — they were parents, children, spouses, friends, and coworkers. Their commitment to serving their communities will never be forgotten.
We also recognize the families, coworkers, and loved ones who continue to carry their memory forward each day. Your sacrifice is not forgotten, and your strength inspires us all.
May we never take for granted the courage it takes to respond when others are running from danger. Today, and every day, we honor the legacy of those who gave everything in the line of duty.
