Tuscumbia Fire & Rescue

It's always such a blessing to meet the young minds of our community!

Sharing important fire safety tips, answering their questions, and seeing their faces light up when they get to see the fire trucks up close is truly special.

These moments remind us why community connection and fire safety education are so important. We’re proud to help inspire the next generation to stay safe, be prepared, and maybe even dream of becoming a firefighter someday!

It's not a Dalmatian, but we have a friendly firehouse visitor! If you're missing a cat, she appears to be well cared for and is wearing a purple collar.

She's been making herself right at home in our bay. If she belongs to you, please come to the firehouse to collect her.

If no one claims her, she just might become our new firehouse mascot! 🚒🐾

Please share this post to help us find her owner.

At the Tuscumbia Fire Department, we do more than fight fires, protect property, and provide emergency medical care. We also take pride in helping keep our city beautiful and honoring our veterans by putting up flags and banners for Memorial Day and Veterans Day. 🇺🇸
If you see Chief Fox and the crew out working today, give them a friendly honk and wave! We’re proud to serve this community in every way we can.

We truly enjoyed our visit with the children at Bridges Behavioral Health today. Seeing their smiles while exploring the truck and equipment made our day. We appreciate the chance to connect with such wonderful kids and staff.
