It's hard to believe one month ago tonight we were waiting for the Voting Polls to close and receive the results. Thank you again to everyone who put up a yard sign, donated, emailed everyone to vote for me and all those who did vote for me.
I am changing this page from Re-election news and events, to ongoing TUSD news, events and issues. I intend to keep you informed of what is happening across TUSD.
You are all invited next Monday, December 8, at 6 pm to the Swearing-in of Lynn Davis and me to begin our new terms. The meeting is at the District Office Board Room, 300 C Street. I hope to see you there!

We started this journey of re-election 95 days ago. Along the way I have the support of my family, friends, and many members of the community. Without all of you we cannot come far. Thank you to all of you who took Yard Signs, made contributions, put out signs along the roads, endorsed me and overall provided support.
it is not over yet, not time to sit back and wait for the results. The Polls open in less than 7 hours, open for 13 hours. Still time to e-mail, use social media, phone calls, etc. to tell your friends go vote and vote for Jonathan Abelove.
Let's finish strong, spreading the word until 8:00 pm, the 96th day, when the Polls close. The end is in sight, yet one day of coasting means not moving forward. Thank you all for your support.

My Yard Signs are ready this week. If you want mine and Lynn's please let Lynn know you can wait a few days so one of us can make one stop at your house instead of two. It saves a second drive to your house. Thank you for showing your support in front if your house.

This week Seniors at Tustin, Foothill and Beckman High School were each issued their laptops and case for the school year .
Tonight at Beckman's Back to School Night, these students couldn't wait to get their homework started. Even in the dark technology brightens student learning!

A great day for the Annual Foothill Community Association BBQ at Irvine Regional Park. A lot of food, games and catching up with friends. Who could resist dressing up for the photo booth? Thank you FCA!
