Have you been thinking about becoming a CASA volunteer? Maybe you’ve felt the pull to do something meaningful for a child in your community but haven’t found the right time to get started.

This is your sign!

Our November CASA training is the LAST training opportunity of the year! If you’ve been waiting for the right time to get involved, this is your chance to take that first step.

CASA volunteers advocate for children in foster care, helping ensure their voices are heard and their needs are not overlooked. You don’t have to have all the answers or be an expert in child welfare. You just have to be willing to show up, speak up, and make a difference in a child’s life.

Sometimes, the smallest act of kindness can make the biggest difference in a child’s life. For a child navigating the uncertainty of foster care, having someone who shows up, listens, advocates, and reminds them they matter can change everything.

CASA volunteers may not be able to change every circumstance a child faces, but they can make sure that child’s voice is heard and their best interests remain at the center of every decision.

Our staff was able to attend an amazing conference this week where we got to learn from Lori Poland. She is an inspiring individual and reminded all us of the core truths that connect us all. For a child navigating the foster care system, these basic needs to matter, connect, and heal can easily feel out of reach.

That is exactly where a CASA volunteer steps in to help a child feel mattered, loved, and hopeful.

You don’t need a special background to make a difference. You just have to be willing to show up for another human.

❤️🎁 Gifts That Give Back: Supporting CASA Children! 🎁❤️

We are so excited and grateful that a member of our community has chosen to partner with CASA for their leadership project. They are helping organize a donation drive to support the children and teens we serve, and we couldn’t be more thankful for their heart for our community.

When a child enters foster care, they may leave behind their home, belongings, and many of the familiar things that bring them comfort. While our community does an incredible job providing basic necessities, we also want children to have something that is just for them. Something that brings joy, encourages creativity, and reminds them that they matter.

This drive is focused on children and teens ages 12–18, who can sometimes be overlooked, Donations will help us provide gifts for birthdays, Christmas, new placements, and other special moments throughout the year.

📍 Where to Donate: CASA office, D.L. Evans Bank in Twin, Burley, and Rupert, and Toy Town
📅 Donation drive runs through November 30, 2026!

Every donation, big or small, helps us tremendously.

Please join us in supporting this wonderful leadership project and helping make the holidays a little brighter for the children and teens we serve! And a huge thank you to our community partner for choosing to make a difference through CASA.

A HUGE thank you to munchkin.playland for hosting a school supply drive for CASA! ✏️📚

These supplies are so needed and will make a real difference for the children and youth we serve!

When a child enters foster care, they often leave behind many of the things they had at home, including the school supplies they started the year with. That’s why CASA works hard to keep our supply closet stocked year-round. Whether a child needs a new backpack, pencils, notebooks, or other essentials, we want them to know they can come to us and get what they need—no matter the time of year.

Thank you for showing up for children in foster care and helping us make sure their needs don’t go unmet. We are so grateful for a community that cares!
