October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and we were proud to celebrate at our Tyler Workforce Center with community members, program participants, and local leaders.

A special recognition goes to Gabe Ruiz, whose inspiring speech highlighted the impact of opportunity, determination, and support. We also extend our appreciation to the panelists who joined us, shared their experiences, and helped make the event meaningful and empowering.

Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate the achievements of individuals with disabilities and the value they bring to the workforce and our community.

We also appreciate the office of Tyler Mayor Stuart Hene for proclaiming October 13 as National Disability Employment Awareness Day, recognizing the contributions of individuals with disabilities in the workplace and throughout our community!
