ALL SALE-ELIGIBLE PROJECTS MUST BE REGISTERED ONLINE!

Students and parents, please read carefully!

It is VITAL that every sale-eligible project is added to the required website and that the registration is COMPLETED.

⚠️ IF YOUR PROJECT IS NOT ENTERED ON THE WEBSITE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MONEY! ⚠️

✅ What needs to be entered?
-ALL sale-eligible projects MUST be added to the website.
(This includes LIVESTOCK, HOME EC, AG MECH that was not built at school)
-These projects may be eligible for the "Hard Luck", which uses the same auction website. This is why every sale-eligible project must be registered, even if you are unsure whether it will make the sale.
-Home Economics projects that you want to sell MUST be registered on the website.

📌 Do not assume your project is automatically registered! Students and parents are responsible for making sure all required projects are entered and the website registration is completed.

THIS STEP IS NOT OPTIONAL!
Failure to complete the website registration could result in you NOT receiving payment for your project.

Please take care of this as soon as possible and double-check that every required project has been entered correctly.

The start of October also means we are getting closer to the 2027 San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo!

Texas Show Pass is now available for Exhibitor Creation, Photography Entries, and Western Art Entries. Entries for the Junior Photography Contest and Western Art Contest will close on October 31, 2026.

In addition, entries are now open on our website for the Junior Cook-Off Events!
