Bell Elementary School - Tyler ISD The official Tyler ISD page of Bell Elementary School. We are learning the 7 Habits and discovering that we are ALL leaders! Covey

The Leader in Me is a process designed around a belief that every child can be a leader. Schools and parents can help children realize their potential by valuing their unique worth, giving them opportunities to lead, and providing them with a foundation of timeless universal principles and practical skills. The Leader in Me process for schools involves training for teachers, administrators and staff in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and other world-class leadership content plus implementation support, materials for children and classrooms, and access to an online community and resources. 🧘‍♀️💙 A Little Zen for Our Bell Bears Staff! 🐻✨

Today, we reminded our amazing Bell staff that you can’t pour from an empty cup! 💙 We embraced Habit 7: by Sharpening the Saw

We transformed our counselor’s office into a peaceful Zen Room, creating a space where our hardworking staff could step away from their busy schedules and enjoy 30 minutes dedicated entirely to SELF-CARE! 🌿

With soft lighting, calming music, healthy snacks, coloring activities, self-care resources, and a peaceful atmosphere, our staff were encouraged to relax, reflect, meditate, or simply enjoy the beauty of doing absolutely NOTHING! 🧘‍♀️✨

A HUGE thank-you to Sephora for generously donating self-care bags filled with wonderful products for our staff! Your kindness helped make this experience even more special! 🛍️💕

Today was about pouring back into the people who give so much of themselves.
