YOU DON’T HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONE. 💚

Whether you’re feeling pressured by friends, worried about your own substance use, or affected by someone else’s drinking or drug use, you deserve support — not judgment.

Taking the first step can be as simple as talking to someone you trust.

✨ Here are a few places to start:

JustThinkTwice: Get the facts about drugs and their effects.
NIDA for Teens: Explore information and resources about substance use.
Alateen: Find support if someone else’s drinking is affecting your life.
988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988 if you’re struggling emotionally or need mental health support.

Remember: Asking for help is a sign of strength. You matter, your future matters, and you don’t have to go through this alone. 💚

Too often, unused prescription drugs find their way into the wrong hands. That’s dangerous and often tragic. That’s why it was great to see thousands of folks from across the country clean out their medicine cabinets and turn in on Saturday October 24th nationwide - safely and anonymously.

🧠 Did you know? 61% of high school seniors haven’t used any substances in the past month — and 35% never have at all.

Mentor Foundation USA Board Member, Dr. Robert DuPont, has spent his distinguished career proving that prevention works! Through the Institute for Behavior and Health’s One Choice initiative, he’s helping spread a simple, science-backed message to teens everywhere: no use of alcohol, ni****ne, ma*****na, or other drugs under age 21 — for their health and their future.

Most substance use disorders take root before age 18, which is exactly why early prevention matters so much. Dr. DuPont’s work gives parents, educators, and communities free tools to help teens make that One Choice. 💚
