A friendly reminder we borrowed from our friends at Keansburg EMS:

🌧️ NOR’EASTER REMINDER 🚑

With the upcoming storm, please help keep 911, Police, Fire, and EMS available for true emergencies.

DO NOT call 911 or the Police Department to report or ask for updates about a power outage. We have access to the same outage information you do. Please report outages directly to your utility provider.

Please do not call EMS for minor or non-emergency medical issues that can safely wait.

Only call 911 for an actual emergency.

During severe weather, unnecessary calls tie up emergency personnel and resources that may be needed elsewhere.

Stay safe and please use emergency services appropriately.

UNION BEACH RESIDENTS:
This week, our annual mailer fund drive began. Our organization is solely funded by two entities, a contract donation from the municipality and by donations from our residents! Your contributions are a vital part of our ability to provide the services expected of us! We thank you in advance for your thoughtfulness.
P.S. we are aware our fundraising vendor entered the wrong address on our mailer. Please know that the mailer is us, and not a fake. A simple typo!
