We Energies soon will be conducting routine work on the natural gas main near the Paris Generating site. When a schedule is determined, residents near the work area will receive a notification from We Energies with additional timing details. Crews will be present to monitor the work and ensure it is done safely. During this routine activity, residents may smell a natural gas odor or hear a loud noise that results from the pressure being released. While this is a normal part of the planned work, if you notice a natural gas odor that concerns you, or have questions about the main project, please call 800-261-5325.

We had such a fun morning today celebrating our new Ambulance going into service with our friends from Matthias Academy. We were able to give them the first ride in the new ambulance and a ride in the fire truck. Thank you for coming out and visiting with us today.

We are excited to share that we took delivery today of our new ambulance 5541. We can’t wait to get it into service and start serving our community with it. Thank you to the Town Board for all their support in the growth and improvements to the Fire & Rescue Department. Improvements like this allow us to provide a better experience and care to the citizens and visitors of Paris when they are in a time of need.

It has been a long 24 hrs with the storms that moved through Paris. The support we have seen has been incredible. We would like to thank Niagara Water and Bottling Company in Pleasant Prairie and the Disaster Relief Team for donating and delivering 10 pallets of water. If you are without a well because of the power outage, please contact us so we can get you drinking water. Since it’s not just our 2 legged residents that need water we have been out helping water our 4 legged residents too.
