NJEA Executive Director, Kevin Kelleher, and NJEA President, Steve Beatty, speak to the Union County Education Association Representative Council about the Healthcare Benefits crisis.

NJEA says best practices are:

It’s got to be a percent of salary.
It’s got to be family coverage.
It’s got to be weekly hours that cover all employees.

Why not consolidate and insure our 200,000 members in one group?

Stay tuned, cause there’s a Healthcare crisis & NJEA wants to be part of the solution.
