Scenic Regional Library Union Branch Scenic Regional Library offers a number of different services to the community.

Scenic Regional Library is a public library providing physical and online resources, programs, and gathering spaces for residents of Franklin, Warren, and Gasconade Counties. All residents can attend programs and access the Internet through library computers or WiFi. Those with library cards can gain access to books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, and audiobooks for checkout. The virtual library gives members access to comic books, magazines, TV series, movies, and music to download or stream from home or in the library.

There are 28 new bestsellers, four new movies, eight new audiobooks, and 238 other new books, including seventeen that are available online.

The new bestsellers this week include "In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood," "Simply Ina: A Barefoot Contessa Cookbook," and "Other Worlds Than These." The new movies this week include "The Odyssey," "Masters of the Universe," and "Rizzoli & Isles: Season 6."
