Affordability means being able to afford life not simply qualifying for government assistance. A vote for me is a vote for someone who knows that economic policy should be about expanding opportunity and financial independence not simply expanding assistance and promoting dependency.

Accountability means measuring results not just reporting actions. There has been a lot of activity claimed but our current representative but what has actually improved and is the money being spent on programs that make a measurable meaningful difference? Or are they just actions to be used as talking points?

Current representatives have caused WA to become one of the most expensive states. They may say affordability is important but when you look at the bills they supported and how they voted you will find that their actions don’t support an affordable WA. It is time for new representation. You have the power to make this happen through you vote.

Each tax may be separate but they have a cumulative effect. We don’t need more taxes. We need better accounting for where the money is being spent and if it is making a difference.

If you want Wa to be a place where you and your family can thrive it is time to vote for a candidate who will listen to you and actually take action instead of just saying what you want to hear. That means voting for a real leader.

Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Inclusion for one group should not come at the expense of another. It is a matter of fairness.

The tax legislation passed in Olympia in the past few years has made the cost of living in WA go up. The same representatives have created programs to help subsidize the costs for small groups of people and tout it as helping make WA more affordable. But these programs cost much more money than is given as assistance. So new tax legislation is passed and affordability gets worse. Let’s fix the underlying cause of the problem. The cycle needs to be broken.

Time for Olympia to start listening to to voters instead of thinking they know best.
