There’s been a lot going on lately but got the 2026 garden in and ready to restock your hot sauce supplies.

Appreciate everyone being patient while I’ve been away from slanging sauce for a bit.

Arlo teaching his little brother Butch Tee how to make sure the pepper plants are doing well. Butch is enjoying his first summer growing season. Whoever said cats and dogs didn’t get along didn’t meet a nine month old Siamese cat and a seven year old German Shepherd/Husky doggo.

I always use the joke “your mom supports whatever you do” when talking about how Roscoe’s Hot Sauce went from a hobby to business. We bought the house and I got too excited planting the garden I didn’t think about what I would do with all the fresh peppers. Passed out lots of hot sauce that first year as Christmas gifts to friends and family and kept hearing, “this is good, you should sell it”. Seeing my mom enjoy my hot sauce every week is awesome, especially since we didn’t grow up with lots of hot sauce in the house.

How do you use your Roscoe’s ?
