Our middle school visual arts students had the opportunity to explore the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA)! Students experienced artwork from different cultures, historical periods, and artistic traditions, making connections between what they learn in the classroom and the incredible works of art on display. Our 2D and 3D Visual Arts concentration students had the opportunity to meet with a representative from the College for Creative Studies today and explore possibilities for studying art and design after high school. A great chance to connect their creative interests with future opportunities!
