Extends provisions related to certified school psychologists and special education services and programs for preschool children with handicapping conditions until June 30, 2028.

"I am reaching out regarding the school psychology licensure bill A.1745A. As the sponsor of the bill I understand that you alone can move the bill this legislative session, so I am asking you to take this action in order to help address the children's mental health crisis and permanently solve school psychology preschool issues."
