Looking forward to getting our next round of projects completed in Spring of 2023. Here is a preview of the new facilities we are working on in Saranac Lake and Wilmington NY. These are both set up for new self storage and looking forward to them up and running next year. These will be a good compliment to both of those communities!

Well we finished up another great season at the park and looking forward to next year. All our homes have been sold or rented for the year and we are taking our pre-orders for next year. Looking forward to adding the new self storage next year as well and that will be a nice addition to the property next to the community. Here are some highlight photos.

Big week at the community. The home at 424 Crocus closed today and we are excited about the new members to the community. We put in our last foundation for the season that will be for a nice 3 bed 2 bath home. If anyone is interested in seeing the home before we set it on the foundation please feel free to reach out. The homes are going so fast now that we already have a waitlist going for next year!

Just got the decks done on this new 2 bed 1 bath home. It is now ready to go on the market.

As we put in the new homes we also update the utilities. This was an old power service that we are removing. It's not completely done but making progress on the new meters. The new homes are built up to code so we don't have problems down the line. We also replaced the sewer line and new water service this week. Homes are getting set on the foundations on Friday. More pictures to follow.
