This is precisely why our organization exists. We fight high utility costs because we know now expensive life is. That is particularly true for older folks and young families. Radical climate warriors want to pass on massive costs to you in order to " save the world". New polling shows strong support for natural gas in New York. We need more gas supply to bring prices down. That's why we support building the NESE and Constitution pipelines as soon as possible. New Yorkers are currently trapped in an affordability nightmare. Lets do something to change that. More natural gas supply now!

Bravo to the NY Post Editorial Board. Governor Hochul should approve the Constitution Pipeline now in order to lower energy bills for New Yorkers! It can't happen soon enough

The Constitution Pipeline could save New Yorkers nearly $5 billion over 15 years and create 1,000 new jobs in New York and generate millions in new state tax revenue.

One step forward, two steps back. The reaction of our state government to anything new that could create good paying jobs, seems to always be fear monger it, then ban it or tax it.

This approach is a failure as evidenced by NY's declining population and abysmal economic ranking.

When will they learn?

New York became the first state to ban construction of 'hyperscale' AI data centers, for one year, after Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order Tuesday.

We have learned to look for our next fight based on what our opponents have shifted to. After their massive loss on CLCPA, climate extremists are now targeting Data Centers, which are at the heart of our modern society & economy. Once again, we will be there to oppose them.

Climate activists have been wrong far more often than a broken clock. We cannot let them dictate the future of New York's economy with their stilted facts and ideologically driven agenda.

If there's a new technology that can create jobs you can get NYS will be looking for ways to stop it. Yes data centers require alot of energy. That is precisely why NY needs to build new pipelines and new baseload generation from natural gas, nuclear and other energy sources.

Building a data center creates jobs. Building a power plant creates jobs. Building a pipeline creates jobs....

So whats the problem NY? We rank near last in every major economic indicator. Why is Albany trying to make a bad situation worse?

At some point today, changes will finally be made to NY's expensive and unworkable climate law. These changes will save ratepayers money, allow for the construction of more natural gas and nuclear infrastructure & support economic development upstate.

Governor Hochul championed these changes and without her twisting the Legislatures arm, they would never have happened.

We sometimes disagree with the Governor but this time she did the right thing at the right time. Thank you Governor.
