Today marks a sad day for our department.

We lost a friend. A fellow firefighter.

Somebody who served his country.

As the Chief of the department I am looked on to have the answers.
Today I am at a loss.

We will do the job because that is who we are and who you would want us to be.

But each step will be just a little bit harder.

Watch over us brother, Chad Medlin we will take it from here.

We just got word that due to grant rules we are unable to donate or give away our old air packs. This is truly sad knowing that someone could have possibly benefited from them. We are sorry to anyone that had any interest in them.

Sunset Set Coast Striders along with the Eau Claire Track & Field and Cross Country Running Programs are proud to present the 6th Annual 4 on the 4th Run/Walk in Eau Claire, MI! Choose between the 4 Mile (through the Eau Claire countryside) or 4K (2.4 miles around the village of Eau Claire) events. Come on out with the family for a great race & stick around for the Eau Claire Cherry Fesitval activities taking place later that day! Proceeds will benefit the Eau Claire Track & Field and Cross Country Running Programs. You can sign up online until midnight tonight.
