HPSP MYTH: “I have to be in the Army before I can apply.”

HPSP FACT: Civilian students who meet the qualifications may apply for the Army Health Professions Scholarship Program.

You can attend an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school while receiving eligible scholarship benefits and preparing to serve as an Army physician after completing your medical education and required training.

You do not need to already know everything about the military. That’s what an Army Medical recruiter is here to explain.
