The party of Integrity, Liberty, and Prosperity
Working to restore C Seven Principles of the Constitution Party are:

1.

The mission of the Constitution Party is to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity through the election, at all levels of government, of Constitution Party candidates who will uphold the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. It is our goal to limit the federal government to its delegated, enumerated, Constitutional functions. Life: For all human beings, from conception to natural death;
2. Liberty: Freedom of conscience and actions for the self-governed individual;
3. Family: One husband and one wife with their children as divinely instituted;
4. Property: Each individual's right to own and steward personal property without government burden;
5. Constitution: and Bill of Rights interpreted according to the actual intent of the Founding Fathers;
6. States' Rights: Everything not specifically delegated by the Constitution to the federal government, nor prohibited by the Constitution to the states, is reserved to the states or to the people;
7. American Sovereignty: American government committed to the protection of the borders, trade, and common defense of Americans, and not entangled in foreign alliances. To find out how to get involved with the Constitution Party of Minnesota, please message us above.

Constitution Party Rallies Independents and Minor Parties to Turn Their Backs on Unconstitutional Uniparty Politics

Lancaster, Pennsylvania – 26 August 2026
America is in the midst of a major political shift; away from the two old, dying parties, and back into the charge of individuals committed to the principles of self-governance. This is evident in the numbers of viable Independent and independent party candidates and in the pushback seen in municipal and schoolboard meetings.

The Constitution Party calls upon all Americans of any political persuasion to openly and expressly declare their separation from the Uniparty, and reclaim their independence from the “two-party” political system that has held Americans prisoner. To this end we have proclaimed our own DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE FROM THE TWO-PARTY SYSTEM.

“We have called upon both parties, time and again, to reform — to open the political process, to listen to the voices of the people, to place country over party. But they have responded with gridlock, empty promises, or further entrenchment. A political establishment that refuses accountability and change is no longer fit to lead a free people.

We, therefore, the independent citizens of the United States, do solemnly declare that we are free and independent from the Democratic and Republican Parties — that we do not recognize any monopoly they think they have over our lives; that we claim the right to build new parties and movements, to support independent candidates, and to restore our republic to truly reflect constitutional principles.

And for the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the principles of justice, equality, and self-determination, we mutually pledge to each other our time, our energy, and our unwavering commitment to a better future.”

We invite voters, members, private organizations and Statesmen to support the open departure of Americans from the Uniparty. Now is the time for decisive action from all Americans!

1789 By the President [George Washington] of the United States of America, a Proclamation.

Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be
grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor-- and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.

Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the
People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be-- That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks--for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation--for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war--for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed--for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted--for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us and also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech him to pardon our national and other transgressions-- to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually--to render our national government a blessing to all the people, by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed--to protect and guide all Sovereigns and Nations (especially such as have shewn kindness unto us) and to bless them with good government, peace, and concord--To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the encrease of science among them and us--and generally to grant unto all Mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as he alone knows to be best.

Given under my hand at the City of New York the third day of October in the year of our Lord 1789.
