Paid Family Leave can provide up to eight weeks of benefits while you care for them.

Before applying, gather:
• Your sibling’s contact information
• The date your leave began
• Your employer’s name
• Your last day of work

Your sibling’s doctor must also confirm that they need your care. 📝

You can receive income while you’re on benefits. You just need to report it.

Tell us about any:
🔰 Sick leave or paid time off
🔰 Wages from part-time or modified-duty work
🔰 Commissions or bonuses

Reporting income does not mean your benefits will stop. It helps us calculate the correct payment amount.
