Hello, dear friends!! Peanut and Hunter here!
It has been over two years since our last post. All is well. We got back to that life sending mom to places because ... Well... That is our life. A lot has happened since then. We have moved from the home in our last 2022 post, went to a house with our own doggie park, stayed there for a year, and moved again. We are now in Pennsylvania. We have been here for a little over a year.
Health wise, both of us have had some hiccups. My bwother Peanut has always been better than me in terms of health issues. We both had an eventful year going to the vet like never before. Myself Hunter got pneumonia last year, went to the ER with fever of 104 the day before our mom had to go to the hospital for a biopsy herself, stayed there 24 hours, but thankfully I healed well.
Mom had to postpone my benign masses surgery for about 6 weeks, then I had surgery, had to wear the collar of shame for two weeks, and thankfully healed well.
Peanut started to show weakness in his back leg, trembling legs. He was taken to vet too, went to a neurologist for assessment, among a couole of ither things, but thankfully he is also well.
We are aging. So I think it is normal now health issues starting to happen. But the last year was not easy for us. Aside our shenanigans, mom got her health scare as well. End of last year was scary, uncertain... Still it is, but she started to feel better after many months of suffering from side effects of her treatment. Treatment continues, she is better, and we are all thankful for that too. Slowly we are trying to find our normalcy.
We miss this old life of making handmade products for our friends, posting in our account, engaging. But we are grateful we have these records to come back to, read again, reminisce in memories, and look forward to the future. That we can still engage and, who knows, some time later release the pause button and continue from where we stopped.
Now, please know we miss all of you, we ask that you keep us in your good hearts, thoughts and prayers so mom can get better and better until full healing 'cause we need her to take care of us. Thank you for your support! ❤️🐶🐶❤️
