What a fantastic night at the Anderson Police Department’s annual Trunk or Treat!

The costumes were amazing!

Anderson residents came out in full force to enjoy an evening filled with themed music, creative decorations, plenty of candy and Halloween fun.

The City of Anderson extends a special thank you to all of the APD officers and volunteers who dedicated their time to preparing for and helping make this event such a success. Special recognition goes to Assistant Chief Mike Anderson for his leadership and coordination of the event, as well as the Anderson High School NJROTC students who provided valuable support throughout the evening.

Have a fun and safe Halloween!

CATS BUS FARES RESUME NOVEMBER 9

Effective Monday, November 9, CATS will resume collecting regular fares.

Following the historic August flooding, Mayor Thomas Broderick, Jr. temporarily suspended CATS bus fares as one of several measures to assist residents during recovery efforts.

Previous rates will be reinstated.
Regular one-way fare is $1.

VIP/Reduced Fare Cards allow qualifying seniors and residents with disabilities to ride for 50 cents.

We appreciate our CATS riders and are proud to continue providing safe, reliable public transportation throughout the Anderson community.
