Ford’s Colony is an award winning multi-generational community of over 5,400 residents in more than 2,500 homes. We are situated on 3,200 acres in Virginia’s Historic Triangle, comprised of Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown. With nearby Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean beaches to the east and the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains to the west, Ford’s Colony is surrounded by a wide range of outdoor activities, entertainment, arts and cultural venues, good shopping and great dining. Ford’s Colony is a gated community, designed and built along landscaped roads that meander in and around a landscape of ponds, wetlands and woodlands. The community has activities to suit residents of all ages who come from across the country and around the world with diverse backgrounds, experiences and careers. Ford’s Colony offers about over 60 clubs and activities, two community pools, hard and clay tennis courts, a nature trail, walking and bicycle paths, as well as the Ford’s Colony Country Club with three golf courses. Many of our residents are active volunteers, both inside our gates and with organizations across the Historic Triangle. Management, maintenance, and care of Ford’s Colony is the responsibility of the Ford’s Colony Homeowners Association. A Board comprised of seven elected Directors manages the FCHOA in accordance with its bylaws and state statutes. The Board employs a management company to maintain and operate the Association and its numerous facilities.

🦀 Crack, Peel & Cheers! Seafood Boil at Ford’s Colony Country Club 🦐

Join us Sunday, September 13 for an evening of great food, specialty cocktails and feel-good music at the Pavilion!

Chef Blair Machado is serving up an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet featuring snow crab legs, poached shrimp, fried oysters and plenty of favorites to round out the feast, including hamburgers, sliders, kielbasa, corn on the cob, boiled potatoes and Chef’s choice desserts.
