Wagner Investment Properties is a private/local owned company of mobile home communities in Evansville, IN, that has been in business since 1981. We are a member of the Indiana Manufactured Housing Association and licensed by the State of Indiana. Wagner Investment Properties pride ourselves in providing safe and drug-free family neighborhoods and communities.
