❄️❤️ VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS YOU! ❤️❄️

As temperatures begin to drop, Pathway to a Better Life Warming Shelter is preparing to provide a warm, safe place to sleep for individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

But we can’t do it alone!

We are looking for compassionate community members willing to give a few hours of their time to help those in need.

🤍 Flexible scheduling! You choose the nights and shifts that work best for you. Whether you can volunteer once or several times throughout the winter, every helping hand makes a difference!

đź“… Our first volunteer training is TOMORROW, Thursday, October 15th at 9 AM!

📍 St. Mary’s Church, 17 Winter Street, Milford

Additional training dates are listed on the flyer.

📱 Interested in volunteering? Call or text 508-922-9032 to sign up or learn more.

A few hours of your time could mean a warm, safe night for someone in need.

🤍 Together, we can make a difference, one night at a time!

Please share and help us spread the word! ❄️

With the weekend’s nor’easter approaching, take some time (if you haven’t already) to secure outdoor items, charge your devices, and prepare for the possibility of power outages.

If the storm causes problems, please help us get the information to the right place. Report downed wires, trees blocking roadways, and other public safety hazards to Dispatch. Power outages should be reported directly to National Grid.

Always assume a downed wire is LIVE and stay well away.
