Try creating a fun snack with your choice of nut butter. Make a plate of your family’s favorite fruits alongside a scoop of nut butter as a dip, or add a drizzle of nut butter to yogurt or smoothies for some extra flavor! 🍎🥣

October is Safe Sleep and SIDS Awareness Month.💚 As a Safe Sleep Certified Hospital, we’re sharing a few simple tips to help parents create a safer sleep environment for their babies.

10/08/2026

Safe sleep guidelines help prevent sleep-related suffocation.

For every nap and every night, place your baby on their back in their own crib, bassinet, or play yard. Use a firm, flat mattress with only a fitted sheet. Keep pillows, blankets, bumpers, and toys out of the sleep space.

Keep baby’s sleep space in your room, separate from your bed. Share these guidelines with everyone who cares for your baby.
